I keep the video private so that it’s only available to me. Then on my desktop, I upload the video to my channel on YouTube. Once it’s on Dropbox, I delete the video file off my phone. For videos that have subtitles, or captions, I can mute the volume and read the captions, thus saving me from sensory overload.
Videos, on the other hand, can overwhelm me. Reading posts and articles online are not an issue for me (unless there are multiple ads flashing in the sidebars, then I’ll either close the browser, or I’ll put my device in airplane mode just so the ads disappear). Sensory overload can happen to me quickly and rapidly.
As a highly sensitive and introverted person, I absorb quite a lot.
